Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• A securely hashed password
• A unique user ID provided by Firebase Authentication

We do not store or have access to your raw password.

Game Statistics

We store gameplay-related data linked to your account, such as:

• High scores and unlocked levels
• Orbs caught and session durations
• Accuracy and personal bests across game modes

This data is used to show progress, performance history, and statistics within the app.

User-Generated Content

If you create and save custom color palettes, we store these palettes so they can be reused across sessions and devices.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to a Pro plan:

• Payments are handled entirely by Stripe
• We do not collect or store credit card or payment details
• We store only your subscription status (e.g., active, canceled) to enable or disable Pro features

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the core features of ColorHealz
• To personalize your experience (e.g., showing your name, stats, and saved palettes)
• To save and synchronize progress across sessions
• To manage subscriptions and Pro feature access
• To analyze anonymized usage patterns and improve the application

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. This helps us improve performance, usability, and features.

Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data, such as:

• Pages visited
• Feature interactions
• Session duration

We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics such as your name, email, or password.

You can control or disable analytics tracking through your browser settings or available opt-out tools provided by Google.

We take data security seriously.

• ColorHealz is built on Firebase, which provides industry-standard security protections
• All data is transmitted using secure SSL/TLS encryption
• Passwords are securely hashed and never visible to us

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we follow best practices to protect your information.

5. Your Control Over Your Data

You have full control over your data. From your Profile page, you can:

• Change your password
• Permanently delete your game data (stats, palettes, progress)
• Permanently delete your entire account and all associated data

Account deletion is irreversible and removes all stored information linked to your account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as your account remains active.

• If you delete your game data, it is permanently removed
• If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently erased

7. Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save non-sensitive preferences such as:

• Selected color palettes
• Sound and visual settings

This data stays on your device and is used only to improve your experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google) – authentication, database, hosting
• Stripe – payment processing for Pro subscriptions
• Google Analytics – anonymous usage analytics

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

ColorHealz is designed for a general audience and does not contain harmful content.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what is required for account functionality. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
