1. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Your Game Name is a permanent, unique identifier and may only be set once. Game names must not be offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are available on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), depending on the plan selected.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile page, which redirects to the Stripe customer portal.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, disruptive, or intended to interfere with the normal operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for any content you create, including custom palette names.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all software, source code, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, visual effects, animations, graphics, sound effects, music, text, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of ColorHealz, are owned exclusively by ColorHealz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ColorHealz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not, without prior written permission from ColorHealz:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or publicly perform any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
• Create derivative works, clones, or substantially similar experiences based on the Service
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access or extract data, visuals, or gameplay elements
• Use the ColorHealz name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or association

Any unauthorized use of the Service or its intellectual property may result in termination of access and may subject you to legal action.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, and associated data may be permanently deleted. You may also terminate your account at any time from your Profile page.

6. Disclaimer

ColorHealz is designed for entertainment, creativity, mindfulness, and skill development purposes only. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional service and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColorHealz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which ColorHealz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
